What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through our form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the answers you give: your name, phone number, the postal area of the property, the type of property, what the job is about and when you need it.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about your enquiry, arrange for one of us to look at the place, and agree the scope of the work with you.

Who sees it

The SFC Cleaning team, and the agency that runs our adverts (Reputifly Pte Ltd), which helps us receive and follow up enquiries. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any job that follows, then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you gave us, or to stop contacting you. Call or WhatsApp us on +65 8748 9404 and we will do it.
